We provide wellness care for all children from birth through 21 years of age. Our providers like to see their patients once a year, even if they are healthy. Well child visits, as promoted by the CDC, are crucial for monitoring a child’s overall health, development, and providing preventative care. By participating in these visits, parents can optimize their child’s physical, cognitive and emotional well being. You can request an appointment through the secure patient portal or call us to schedule their visit. Vaccinations mandated and recommended by the state are provided at the visit. We also offer blood draws in the office.
UIL Physicals are not covered by Insurance. To complete UIL forms a limited physical is required. The fee for UIL form completion is $35. This does not replace your yearly well child check up for your child. Our providers can take care of both well child check and UIL physicals on the same date if needed.
